However, in the European patent system, digital therapeutics are subject to an unusual combination of legal challenges. In this talk, Dominic explores the importance of IP in the digital health sector and outlines the steps digital therapeutics companies can take to secure the full value of their IP.

Who will be speaking?

Dominic is a European and UK patent attorney at Gill Jennings & Every LLP. He advises on all aspects of patent protection but has a particular interest in patents for medical technology and software. He is a member of GJE’s group of Digital Health patent attorneys, who focus on helping digital health companies navigate the complex legal restrictions that the European patent system applies to technology in this area.
