Dominic’s work is focused on drafting and prosecuting European, UK and overseas patent applications. He also has experience of working on oppositions before the European Patent Office and has advised clients on infringement and invalidity matters. The majority of his work is in the mechanical, physics, telecoms and software fields.
Dominic has particular experience in the following fields:

Dominic graduated from the University of Warwick with a master’s degree in physics. As part of his training at GJE, he completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London.
Dominic joined GJE in 2017. He qualified as a European Patent Attorney in 2021 and as a UK Patent Attorney in 2022.
