The start of autumn brings with it a flurry of legal directory rankings for GJE, and this year we were elated to see more individual rankings awarded to our attorneys than ever. We were also pleased to receive firm-wide recognition from these leading directories.
September
September saw Partner Peter Arrowsmith Ranked in IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists 2023. The IAM Strategy 300 exclusively recognises individuals who excel in devising and implementing high-calibre initiatives to unlock the complete potential of intellectual property.
October
In October, we were delighted that Partner Alistair Holzhauer-Barrie and Senior Associates Christopher Anderson and Jack Severs were all recognised as Rising Stars for 2023 by Managing IP. Rising Stars is a special publication produced by Managing IP and recognises some of the best up-and-coming intellectual property practitioners in private practice who have contributed to the success of their firms and clients.
Later that month we congratulated Partner Edward Carstairs and Senior Associate Rebecca Matheson on their individual rankings in the 2024 edition of the Legal 500 as a Next Generation and Rising Star respectively. This was the first year that the publication awarded individual rankings to patent and trade mark attorneys and we are pleased to be included in the inaugural list.
November
As November rolled around, Partner Arnie Clarke was triumphant in securing a Band 1 ranking in Chambers and Partners 2024.
GJE also received firm-wide recognition by The Legal 500 in the 2024 rankings in the PATMA: Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys practice area, and in the 2024 Chambers and Partners guide in Intellectual Property: Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys. We have also been ranked as the leading firm in Europe by the Financial Times.
We would like to congratulate all those ranked and send our sincere gratitude to all of our clients and contacts who acted as referees for taking the time to provide us with outstanding feedback.
