Natasha is one of three IP Support Managers in the patent and trade mark practice groups. She works closely with the Practice Group Operations Manager and the other IP Support Managers. She also works closely with all other departments and managers within the firm.
As a practice group IP Support Manager, Natasha has responsibility for ensuring that the fee earners and the firm’s clients receive a professional, efficient and high-quality secretarial service. She is also responsible for the performance management and development of the secretarial team, building and developing existing skills.
Natasha joined GJE in April 2007 as a trade mark secretary, having previously worked for the court service, and has over 15 years of working within the IP profession. Natasha worked her way up to partner’s secretary before being promoted to secretarial team leader in 2011, and IP Support Manager in 2023.
Natasha is a member of CITMA, having passed the CITMA administrator’s course in 2014.
