Krishna is a Trainee Patent Attorney in the Chemistry and Life Sciences group and is working towards becoming a fully qualified European and UK Patent Attorney. His work focuses on the technical areas of pharmaceuticals, inks and printing materials and battery technology. Krishna is also a member of GJE’s Diversity & Inclusion group.
Outside work, Krishna is a keen rugby player and a member of the Rugby Football Union’s National Youth Council. As part of this, he sits on the RFU Council’s Diversity and Inclusion sub-committee as well as the advisory group for Rugby United, a project to improve access for children from black and south-Asian backgrounds to grassroots rugby in England.

- Polymeric films and fibres
Krishna graduated from Imperial College London in 2022 with a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He was awarded the Joachim Steinke Prize for Excellence in Organic Chemistry and secured a place on the Dean’s List for each year of his studies. His final year project focused on the para-selective C-H functionalisation of aryl boronic acids.
Krishna worked at a London-based engineering start-up after graduating, helping them to establish the beginning of their IP portfolio. He subsequently joined GJE in Summer 2023.
