Faheem Mirza

Faheem is a European Patent Attorney, working in the IT and Engineering group.  He has experience in the oil and gas, video coding, telecommunications, scientific apparatus, and heart valve industries.

Faheem works with a range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs, to multinational corporations.  Notable clients include a well-known telecommunication technology provider, and a leading provider of prosthetic heart valves.

Faheem is a keen traditional archer and enjoys spending time at the gym and swimming to keep fit.  He is also a member of GJE’s Diversity & Inclusion group.

European Patent Attorney

Faheem holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Warwick.  His final year project involved fabricating and characterising pyroelectric detectors using two materials, PZT and PVDF, and subsequently assessing which material would be most suitable for a range of different applications.

Faheem joined GJE in September 2019.

Faheem completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London in 2021.  He qualified as a European patent attorney in 2023.
